10 Khz Jump for the Galaxy Melaka:
1)Remove the bottom cover.
2)Locate IC6 , it is an IC that is behind the channel selector on the main board.
3)Solder one wire about 10 inches long to pin 9 of IC6 on the solder side of the main board as shown in Picture #1.

4)Solder another wire about 10 inches long to pin 16 of IC6 on the solder side of the main board as shown in Picture #2.

5)Attach a single pole , single-throw switch to the ends of the two wires you just soldered onto IC6 as seen in Picture #3.

6)Mount the switch on the rear of the radio or where ever you like and secure it..
7)Throw the switch one way , you go UP 10 Khz , throw the switch the other way you are on REGULAR CHANNELS.
