Nice looking radio, love that large s-meter what radio is it. looks like a good way to mount a radio. They steal so fast these days it's nice to have a fast and easy way to remove a radio! |

How do you keep the front down without weight in the cup-holders? Had one of these and gave it away! Very top-heavy |

I've got the same hump mount in my pick-up and it's great. When the teeth on that thing get ahold of the carpet it don't go anywhere. |

Barefoot, It has a Large base and good teeth. We have never had a problem with it even trying to tip over with any Radio or Radio/Amp connected to it. The weight of just your radio will keep it in place. Lon Tech808 |

Lon, Nice Review, Excellent pictures, I could not quite picture in my head from the webpage how it would work. A picture(s) is worth a thousand words. Thank you. |

is that a 959? NOTE! Yes, that is a Galaxy 959. Right now it went from Central Il to Southern Il. I am letting Skywalker975 CEF #250 use it for the CEF Net's as he did not have a SSB Rig to use. It is Also IRONMASK's CEF #100 East Coast Net Control's Old 959 he traded on a NEW VR9000 WORKS GREAT! Lon Tech808 |

I used this hump mount in a Chevy Caprice with a cobra 25 radio and it kept falling over during turning. It just didn't fight tightly over the hump. In another type of vehicle I would think that it would work great tho. |

Keith, Still trying to find someone to make what we need at a reasonable price. When we do it will be GREAT for Mobile or Base use and will fit any Mobile Radio of Any Size. Lon Tech808 CEF808 N9OSN |
