Problem: New Galaxy Saturns with Frequency Counter readout problems such as a number "7" reads "8" and several segments "stuck" "on" within the counter readout L.E.D.s.

Fix: Remove the "Frequency Counter Module" and inspect for solder splashes where the "plugs" hook to the "counter module".

Discovered on several Galaxy Saturn radios.
