Here is a fix for new S-9 radios that have the updated TDA 2003 audio amp.
If the radio does not have this new part then the radio does not have the problem.
This problem affects only about 50 of the Early S-9 radios.
The starting serial number of S-Series radios using the TDA2003 module is listed below.
