--Hi, all. I have had a "problem" with my President P400 for about 16 years now. Nothing major, and if there is NOT a fix for it, I can live with it for another 16 years. Every time I change the channel, there is a pop in the speaker. It has always annoyed me. How can this be fixed? Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time. |

This is the newer Washington correct? If so that is normal, I have owned the Teaberry Stalker XV and 2 Cobra 142 GTLs which are the same radio as the newer Washington and they all have the channel change "pop". There's nothing wrong with your radio.
