gotta chance for this radio ive heard on the air.problem is on ssb its way off frequency like instead of 273850 its around .3846.this was confirmed by two guys running hf rigs a ts940 and a icom706.one guy said .3845 and the other said .3846 so i wanna get it on freq. cause ya sound like a girl when txing its so bad. does the tx adjustment vr fix this.i also noticed 3 pots that were am,lsb,usb????????? dale/a.k.a.hotrod cef426 cvc#64

here is an alignment proc. i found online. i have not tried it myself, but the source is reliable. 5. Put the lead of frequency counter on C314 (right of 150 Pf) and then adjust below. a) Adjust L126 so as frequency to be 10.6925MHz in LSB mode, RX. b) Adjust L127 so as frequency to be 10.6975MHz in USB mode, RX. c) Adjust L124 so as frequency to be 10.695MHz in AM mode TX and then check if frequency is 10.6975MHz at USB and 10.6925MHz in LSB that should put you right on freq. later, matt anyone wanting a "clean signal", just look to the left and build one of these!!!
