I have A Kenwood Tk-840. I want to mount it in my Crown Victoria. I do not want to put any holes. I saw a while back they made a shaft that connected to the bolt of your seat and then came up were you could put a radio ontop of it. Anybody knows were I can find one. I looked all around the internet and came seem to find one.
Or any other ideas.

You have to try one of the suppliers of public safety equipment. Galls or Havis Shields may have the mount you are looking for.

A vrey simple way to find that gear is to walk into your local police station, and ask who preps their cars for them.
Even though they are specialty vehicles made for police use, they don't come with lightbars, or radios, or any other fun gear. That's all done by an outside shop for the police.
They will direct you to the proper company, and you can speak to them about the appropriate type of mounting for your rig.
I find that a modified laptop computer support rig works best. Keeps it where you want it, and even folds out of the way when not in use.
Properly installed, it will even provide a good ground at the radio if you need it for anything.
Oh, and if police make you nervous, talk to the local ambulance company. Most places are all outside contracts these days.
