Can some one help me with the channel Mod for this raido ? The raido is comparable to a cherokee CM-5, but the inside of them are different, but you still use the channel 9 button for the extra channels, thanks for any help. |

Ranger,
Well I can give you the two mods for the Cherokee CBM-5 if that will help.
Cut a loop of wire (should be green) near the front faceplate circuit board.
Or...
On the rear of the faceplate circuit board there is a three pins all shorted together via solder. Remove the solder from all three pins so that they do not touch.
