I did on a superstar 3900, when I pushed down on the pll chip the problem went away. Possible cold solder joint? or pll? or it could be something else all together in that area. Question does your radio transmit and receive ok? or is it only a frequency counter malfunction. |

it wont change bands or cahannels no recieve or transmit.you turn it on and it wont do anything but stay on 10.695 |

10.695 is the IF frequency |

so it should be a bad pll huh? copper doesnt carry that do they? |
