I'm having problems with my radio not transmitting, the frequency counter does not light up and the channel selector readout is very dim, this is the ept990013b board, could it be the regulator located between the audio chip and the front of the radio mounted on the side? Thanks for any help you guys can give me on this matter.

find the shecmatic for the radio an check all the power points on the board.. sounds like a voltage reg has gone bye bye..
