junk pile find was in the bottom of a bin that i had loaded on my truck

need help finding out what it is

the only number are mt-13n and a serial number the tubes inside are as follows

cant make out the tag in the photo but it appears you found the "trunk"section of a modular General Electric VHF Lo band system.I believe their coverage was from about 28 mhz to 74 mhz and crystal controlled.They had from 1 to 4 channels and 50 to 100 watts.Used by law enforcement,fire agencys,taxis,wreckers and other public service entities.to have a complete system you also need a control head,mic and mute switch(part of mic hanger).(and a commercial license to use)hope this helps.
