I have a brand new 3300 hp and the echo worked for about a week. Now it goes in and out and sometimes does not work at all. Can this be solved by a tech at a shop or what |

Heavy1964, If you bought it brand new it should be covered under the Factory Warranty. Check your Owners Manual and it should give you contact information for Warranty Repairs. Hope this help's, Lon Tech808 CEF808 N9CEF CVC#2 |

Thanks. I bought it from a CB shop and the tech tuned it and peaked it for me as part of the purchase price,I then took it to the shop that I normally do business with to check it out. Now I am wondering if I took it back to where I bought it will they exchange it since I allowed someone else to open it up. |

The only way the original shop would know is if they put a seal on the outside that has to be broken to open the radio. A broken seal voids the warranty. |
