sorry to keep posting links to outdated threads, but there is some GOOD stuff in there that warrants a good look-see.

inside you will hear Tech833 say that an NPC mod can be worthwhile, and talk about a CB radio that he repaired!

Kid,
Funny that you posted this on the day I have been searching my butt off for Mods on my 2517. Found a bunch of mods but no mention of the NPC mod or how to do it.

remember that your 2517 is exactly the same as many other galaxy boards.
try to find the board number inside the radio, and post it in your thread asking for this mod.
i'll bet its here on the forum under a different galaxy model.
if i knew which ones it was like i could help.
