Does Copper have this radio yet? I heard something about Galaxy changing this radio so there is now a version 2. Anybody else hear this or know anything about it? I heard they dropped that Pad thingy (Thank God) and added a RF Gain control. Heard the variable talkback was history and now had hi/med/lo so that's gonna be fun, yeah right. Still no blue LED's, and that some horse dung? Heard the amp had been redone or something. I know Pat is so happy to hear this, and I know he's jumping up and down for joy. I bet he can't wait to get his hands on one. He'll probably sell the S-9 to finance a move like this... |

Read some where a dude ordered a DX95T, and a T-2 just showed up on his door step. Guess they are shipping, but just not calling the modded 95 a T-2. Maybe a just handle someone hung on it. Curious to see if I can mod my talk back pot into a RF gain like they did. My talkback never gets turned, so take a reading on its setting, then put the same value resistor across the wires after I snip 'em. Wait-see...... |

I haven't found the actual T-2 tag hung on one either. I like the changes they made, I'd clip the talkback anyway I don't use it other than setting my echo then it's off. I do wish they'd put the echo controls outside the radio though. And I wish they'd put the blue lights in it, but still red. I'll fix that though... Even though I love my S-9 I still want one of these, I don't know why. My set up I have now will stomp all over a 95T, but I guess it's about change. Just want to see something different in the truck, I don't know. Is there a way to pop open a box there Lon and look inside? |

They are BIG! I like it (if and) when you need to open it up for the labotomy, that all the wiring to the amp and stuff is long enough to where the lid can be laid down beside the chassis without s- t- r- e- a- c- h- i- n- g the harness silly.

Well I had a 48T and it was a nice radio. Fairly strong, though I'd still like to see Magnum get a hold of this idea and see how it turns out. I loved the 93T I had as far as the way it looked and I loved those little fans on the back. I assume the 95T doesn't have the fans on the back, just the amp from the 48T. But I'm probably gonna get one anyway just cause I haven't had one yet. It most likely won't take the place of my S-9 though. |

The 95T does have the fans underneath the radio. They do a good job. I talk on this radio 30 minutes at a time often, and it holds up and is always getting to the top of the pileups. Good CB radio. Mikefromms |

No Mike, I meant the twin turbines like on the back of the 93T. Even if they were just for looks, it would add to the radio in my opinion. |
