was it here, or was i dreaming when i read? that if you put the g/ps at a 25 degree angle it wood do better??? in what way, if i may ask?? reason im asking, is that i bother the xyl's wireless mouse when im at ch. 15 or higher?? if im down below the 40, i can even put about 500 watts on before it starts doing it?? just courious as if the gp/ kit wood widen the umbrella under the i max enough to keep from doing this on the higher freqs?? thanks for any input.. thehobo 274150 am. monitor ch. |

Tech 808 bent his groundplane kit and could give you the details. You may also want to create a common mode choke at the feedpoint of the Imax 2000. The channels you use would be best covered by an antenna such as a Imax 2000. |

I beleive it was a 38 degree angle. I did mine, but have not used the antenna yet. Wildrat |
