what kind of drive is needed to key a KLV-350 base amp? Will 4w AM-12w SSB do it ok?

I have that same amp and 4 to 12w works fine

I have a KLV-200 AMP and is in need of repair. Where can I send it to be repaired?

the best dead key is about 1/2 watt to 1watt, if you use anymore than that the amp will run hotter and you will get a big dead key with amp on you want a low dead key with amp on.i had about a 1/2watt dead key going into mine and it will also sound better
