My SWR goes high when installing a switchbox. What gives? I am installing it so I can switch to a dummy load to tune. My SWR is like a 1:1 to 1:2. I install this 1000 watt switchbox and goes up to a 1:4 to 1:6 My stuff is installed like this..... Radio TVI Amp Meter Switchbox Antenna Now my SWR was a little high when I put TVI AFTER amp. I put TVI between radio and amp and brough it way down. |

Its a PDC 100 watter. Seems to be good quality. No I did not ground it but everything else is except the meter. I might give that a try. |
