What kind of switch do I need to connect more than one radio up to the same antenna?
One that Copper sells.

i use mfj1700c, 6 radios & 6 antennas at 1 time.
unfortunately, copper does NOT sell it  |

You can check the internet auction site and find one maybe. Most of the ones I've seen are to hook one radio to two or more antennas. I suppose you could use it in the opposite direction and hook several radios to one antenna though. Eh.... .

I have a antenna switch and it has worked ok.
The antenna go to input and the radios to antenna.
You can just have one radio on at a time.

I don't know what antenna switches Copper sells, but you should look for one that has high isolation. The best ones will actually have cavities cast into the body of the switch so there is very little interaction between the switched poles. The best ones I know of are by Alpha Delta but they are quite pricey. |
