I need a recommendation for a SWR meter so I can tune my S9 to the Wilson 1000. Thanks. |

radio shack or workman should work fine, SWR meter are really all about the same...power handleing is the main differance...oh, and the more money it is the more stable it is, dotn drop the cheap ones, they will no longer be accurate if you do |

Buy the Autek WM1, it's a very accurate SWR/Watt meter. It has a remote head unit with two lighted meters. The SWR reading is continuous and no calibration is required. It's cost is around 145. I just got one last week, I like it. Copper also sells lots of meters any of which will work on the S9 and most any other radio that's around. The S9 doesn't need any special meter, I have an S9 and although you will here that it walks on water, it can't, but it is a good radio with toys. http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/product_display.cgi?categories=METERS Wildrat CEF674 |
