Is there a way to increase the time it takes for the relay to switch back to "standby" or SSB? I am getting really annoyed at hearing it clicking when I have a pause in my sentance. And yes the SSB switch is on when it is doing this, it clicks a billion times a second when its off. I only want another 1/2 to 1 1/2 seconds before it unkeys. Outkast CEF 650 |

have my switch on during am and ssb use and it clicks away too, never had a complaint though. the only problem I have is when it gets hot the delay is to long and it cuts the other persons beginning of sentence off. does yours do that? AP |

Well depending on who I am talking to, if they key up imediatley after I unkey I will miss part of the first word otherwise no problems so far with it doing that. The clicking is louder now than it was when new but performance has not seemed to change or anything but it sounds like my turn signal relay is clicking when I pause. Wonder if there is a quieter relay to be had. Outkast CEF 650 |

I noticed my KL 200P doing that in my mobile today on SSB while on the CEF Nets. |
