Will this work?? 1= remove d-18,r110,c131,and r-112 2= put a jumper where r-110 was 3= take orange wire from delta tune&unsolder it from the board,then resolder it to a constant 8 volt dc supply(for instance to tr 23 "closest pin to front of the board" in the uniden this would be q- 23") 4= you should slide 5-6khzs up and down (for more slide change d-16 to a IN-4007 diode) WILL THIS WORK,I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW!!!!!!! |

if it does do you do the exact same thing to both radios,and does it give you 40 up and 40 down |

Wareagle, Yes it works just fine. Use the 1N4007 it will give you a full 10KHz in a least one direction so you can have the "A" channels. It takes a little tuning to get it right. JYD, Yes same mod for both radios, but it is not a channel mod. Watch for different part numbers between the 29 & 76/78 |
