Does anybody remember the TRW series transistors? I picked up on an older 2 pill amp with no name on it, (sticker's long gone) with the PT9803's in it. What bands and modes are they most effective? How much drive will they take and RF out. I haven't hooked it up yet until I can learn a little more about it. I can't find any info on the net (obsolete?) about them. Thanks for any help out there... D_D :-/ |
