Couple of questions, how can you tell the difference between a Delta-S and the SX? I have one (not sure which) that I'm thinking of programming for 2m in the MG.

Which brings me to my second question, does anyone know of a smaller remote head that will work with them??

Tech237,

GE DELTA S (SEDAN) Radios

Here is what I was able to find by doing a GOOGLE SERARCH on: GE Delta S Radio

Delta S Search

The GE DELTA "S" (narrow-band) with an "SX" (wide-band) PROM will function well in a high RF environment. Mostly because the "S" model utilizes cavity resonators in the front-end (receive RF section), and with the "SX" Micro (PROM), it will easily move into the 136 to 150 MHz region.

There is tons of stuff to read in the Link Above Simon, Good Luck as I have never had any experience with them.

Hope this helps,

Lon
