What exactly do you mean? Co-phased antennas? Or two different types of antennas? Maybe i'm just tired, but, it's not sinkin into to me yet. LOL |

i want to use the same pole for the a99 and the two(2)meter antenna ,sorry about the confusion the two meter would set below 99,and i would only use one at a time moderator 1516

You should have no problem at all, just get the lower 2 meter antenna away from the pole as best you can and set the swr's. |

Yup. Shpouldn't be a problem. I have the Maco ontop of my tower and a dipole, scanner ant., and a 2 meter ant all on the same tower and it works fine.

Wondering if I can extend my current coax another 100' without affecting the swr. I'm currently at 150' with a 1.1. |

Jtment, You shouldnt see any change in your swr if the coax is properly prepared.what you may see is a small db loss due to the additional cable and connectors.some of the cheaper so-239 double female connectors have as much as 1/2 db loss at 11 meters and as an example,lmr-400 has .633db loss at 27 mhz with 100 watts.here is a link with a coax loss calculator for the more popular coax cables. http://www.ocarc.ca/coax.htm tech291 cef#291 kc8zpj
