ANYONE OR TECH KNOW WHAT ARE THE TWO BIG TRANSISTOR'S THAT ARE USED IN THE EXTERNAL TYPE REGULATOR'S THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME KIND OF SECRET? MINE IS THE INTRUDER TYPE THE NUMBER'S HAVE BEEN GROUND OFF, ANY INFORMATION WILL BE APPRECIATED BOB |

I FOUND THAT ONE OF THE TWO TRANSISTOR'S WAS A (TIP36C) BUT STILL ASKING IF SOMEONE HAS ANY IDEAL WHAT THE OTHER IS? |

i am not shure what reg you are refuring to butt the cross for the shinny round one is usually a radio shack 2n3055 or eqiuv. and the smaller cont. cross is usuially a lm317
without knowing what regulator specificly i cant help any further, hope this points you in the right direction,
