I've noticed, since the winter month's have gotten here and I need to use the heat more often in the truck, that when it get pretty hot in the cab I seem to get a speaker or loose part in the radio because my audio seems to want to go out on it, especially when I go over some rough sections of road. I have an external hooked up but it still does it even when that is unplugged. I cranked on the a/c and rolled the window down and cooled the cab down. The problem stopped. One other time, I noticed when I would push lightly down on the casing, just beyond the face plate, I could make it worse or even sometimes better. Is there anything on the board in that area that would make that happen? I have got to figure this out or I'm going to have a long winter.... Thanks to those who reply... |
