My Galaxy 959's SSB recieve is off freq. I think the last number on the frequency counter should be a 5. I should be able to adjust it to 4 or 6. My radio it's 5 to 7. Sometimes I turn the clarifier fully counter clockwise and the last number will be 6. Is there an internal adjustment I can do? I can't understand people because of this. Thanks.

When was your 959 made?

I got rid of mine, for that very reason =but the manufacturer tells me that thta problem is fixed with a modification that is now stock in the newer equipment.

Otherwise, I like the 959 and almost bought a newer one, but got the Magnum 257 in stead.
