On my Connex 4800, the clarifier mod that was done is nothing that I have seen before. It consists of a transistor(3 leg, info scraped off)(flat side up and legs down) the right leg is connected to a wire going to 8v off of IC8, the middle leg is connected to F1 in J9, and the left leg goes to R153(I think). And D68 and R113 are removed. Can anyone tell me the transistor that is used? With the info scraped off I have no idea what value it is. One of the legs broke off and I need to replace it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. RFIcon |
