I have an older rci 2950 that has been to shop a few times to have the receive fixed.my tech say's that the radio is working like it should but my receive is still not what it should be.i am using it in my p/u truck with a 102 inch steel whip,new coax(not the cheap coax) and a swr of 1.1 or better from ch 1 to 40.i have also tried my other radio's in my p/u and they have very strong reveive.is there something that i could do to fix this problem or is this something that the older rci's suffer from? |
