I ended up with one of the military signal generators. I assume it is a military piece since it says Dept. Of Navy on it. I know nothing about this, and I am not sure if it is working correctly. I'm almost positive it isn't, as it's hard to get the correct freq with my counter hooked up. If I try to turn up the modulation or power the freq goes crazy.
Does anyone know anything about these pieces of equipment? Anyone here have one like this? If you do could you send me a email at porkchop@ncez.net and explain this thing a little? I opened it up and all the tubes glow, but I know that doesn't mean anything. |
