I bought 75' of coax with PL259 conectors installed from copper, I forgot what size the coax is, the PL259 connectors have a reducer on them and I need to get more PL259 connectors and reducers to make jumpers out of some of that coax. How do can I figure out which coax it is so I can order reducers and PL259 connectors? It is light gray colored coax if that helps! Thanks, Roger |

Airplane1, You have the Mini 8 Coax so you need the Reducers below and the PL259's listed below. http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/checkitout/checkitout.cgi?catalogSTORE:CKIE:prodC70-05010+ http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/checkitout/checkitout.cgi?catalogSTORE:CKIE:prodC70-05059+ Hope this helps. Airplane1, The Mini 8 Coax you purchased from Copper is rated for 1000 Watts Maximum. Lon Tech808 |

Airplane1, If you got the reducers it is for the MINI 8 Coax. What size of Coax or bury flex are you talking about. The Mini 8 coax you purchased from Copper is NOT Bury Flex Coax. If you are NOT using the Mini 8 coax from Copper then you do not need to use reducers on RG8 or 213U Coax as they will not fit, you just use the straight PL259 connectors and make sure they are Soldered Well both Shield and Center. Hope this helps. Lon Tech808 |

Thanks Lon, You are a big help. I do have the coax from copper that is gray, I did buy the connectors and reducers from copper that you told me to, i`m making jumpers out of the gray coax I got from copper thats why I needed your answer on connectors, but I wanted low loss coax for a long run 150-170ft so I ordered bury flex which basicly the same as lmr400 so thats why i`m asking if I need a reducer for that size coax too or just the connector alone? Thanks
