I have a galaxy 959 and the recieve drops way down and if you key the mic or turn off the radio and then back on it comes back for a while. could the recieve op amp (HA17324A)be the problem? what is your thoughts. with a damp finger tip applied to pin 3 & 4 of recieve op amp the recieve comes right back, then drops out once more. need to know all possible solutions for fix. thanks

Maybe cold solder joint?
That would be my guess try to desolder all the pins and carefully solder them back.
