I take it for grantd that Copper sells replacement tubes for my klv-350.

My question is this, now thatRadio Shack no longer sports the tube yesters, where can I test my tubes?

Purchase a tube tester. Ebay has plenty. You will want a transductance tester. Ask the seller if your tube number(s) are on the roll chart before you buy.
