What is the purpose of the gpk. If you live in the middle of lots of trees will it still work. My neighbors say I'm messing up there tv.s to some degree. Will this help or make it worse. My antenna from the bottom of the pole to the tip of the antron is only 20 ft. in the air. I have very good big thick coax cable. Thanks Wendy |

Wendy Since your A-99 is mounted so low, then yes, I would install the GPK. It just may help. OR, get it higher in the air where it belongs. 99s are dirty and are known to bleed into everything except a toaster. The higher you can get the antenna, the less TVI you will be creating. Jeff Tech548 |

Hi Wendy. You need to raise your antenna. Get the bottom of the antenna MINIMUM 20 feet above your neighbor's house. What kind of radio are you using? |

Raise the antenna, install a TVI filter right behind the radio, and ground it well. Might do the trick. Oh, one more thing, if the modulation limiter has been defeated, re-enable it. Overmodulation is he worst thing for generating TVI. |

Thanks for all the info. Yes, right after I got home with this used radio I noticed somebody had boogered the insides all up. I immeadiatly took it somewhere and had it fixed removed the bigger finals and put ones more like the originals in it and also had the limiter put back in. Thanks Wendy AKA Whitedove/CEF 350 |
