Sorry for the delay. I was away for a few days.
In answer to your question, there are no more CB shops in Lincoln anymore since radios can now be purchased over the net at much cheaper prices. It appears the only radio shops left are one or two that sell only business band equipment and I really couldn't tell you if they do any rotor service.
