Jon666, How long ago did you get it? Without knowing how you were using it, and other information such as your setup it would be hard to even try and guess. Did it just Suddenly Quit transmitting on AM while you were talking? Were you useing an Amplifier with it when it happend. How were you operating it when the AM Quit? If you recently got it from Copper have you called Customer Service on it yet and reported the problem? If it is Past the Copper Warranty it still has the 2 year Warranty from Ranger on it as long as the Warranty Seal is intact. Also what do you mean "i have a strange problem i cant seem to fix."? Have you opened the radio and tried to adjust anything or done any mods to it? This is the first time I have ever heard of this problem with a VR9000. Also please read the note on Copper Tech's and Moderator's I posted today in the Open Area. It clearly explain's why you may not get an answer instantly or even within a day or two on a question. I hope this help's but we need More information to try and figure out what happened. Lon Tech808 |

jon666 sure wish you can make a reply to tec808 because there are others that have the VR-9000 as I said the mike broke the 2nd day (strong grip on my part) and yesterday my roger beep left me.. I HOPE that the VR_9000 will keep going because this radio is the best I got for transmit ((( not recieve I will say that ALL of my OLD radios are much better than anything that is new and believe me I got many.. Maybe Lon can tell me why the old stuff can recieve better than the new stuff???? jon666 let me no and Tec808 on his questions above CEF252 Steve |
