Just wondering if the Uniden/PC122XL has the 858pll chip in it like the Uniden/PC-122? I have a chance to pick one up but am wanting to add on a Kem-scan frequency enhancement box. I have a Suzuki Samurai and am very limited for space. So this setup would be idea for my needs. Had an old President Wahington Base with the Kem-Scan on it, Awesome set up. Thanks for all you info, and any info or direction would be helpful. God Bless Free America OHIOBIKER"575"/TA-5275 |

It will take an Expo Expander kit if they're still available. It's been a while. |

Ohiobiker According to my chart, the 122 takes the Expo Kit model "N". I did a few of them but was never able to get the same (center slot) for all 3 bands. In my personal view, it was hardly worth the bother. Jeff, kc0gxz. |
