i need the wireing code for the 2950.. trying to hook up the new ranger echo mic to it...please help.. |

Bulldog369,
If you have the Ranger Echo Model Mic it should be the MODEL SRA-117 6 PIN ECHO MIC and it is already wired for the 6 PIN RANGER RADIO's.
If you have the SRA 117 4 PIN That is wired the same as COBRA/UNIDEN Mic's, but you will have to re-wire it and you will loose the Channel UP/Down Buttons.
The STOCK wiring for the 2950 is:
PIN #1 ~ AUDIO SHIELD
PIN #2 ~ AUDIO LEAD
PIN #3 ~ TRANSMIT
PIN #4 ~ RECEIVE
PIN #5 ~ UP CONTROL
PIN #6 ~ DOWN CONTROL

yes 808 i have the four pin.. an i can not figure it out for the 2950...i dont care about the channel up/down just wanna talk.. do u have the code four the four pin to the 2950 i have tried the stock code but this mic has different color.. they are
red,green,yellow,sheild,purple,grey... |

Then CLICK on: MIC WIRING DIAGRAMS
Then CLICK on:
SRA-117A
And it will show you all of the wiring diagrams for the ranger mics.
