what pills could i replace the ones in my kl300p with if any?.. do i have to stick with the sd1446 or could i use any other types?

Stick with the sd1446s,it is tuned precisely with those,besides they are the highest gain pills in that physical size you can get,RFparts says 5 in 90 out per,better than the much bigger(physically)2sc2290s 4 in 80 out per,I probably just opened a can of worms,but if you want more get a kl500 it has 4 of 'em,he he.Bigbob |

thanks bigbob... by the way do you know the mod to get rid of the pre-amp to make it work independitly on it's own switch?
