Went out to the radio room today and turned the 2995dx on and all the words and numbers came on and stayed on! It still txs good and rxs good but you have to sit way back from it to see what freq you are on!!
Its like the others are shadows! Is there a way to reset the display?

RD, Yes there is. Turn the radio on and then turn it off and then turn it back on quickly. You will lose all of your memory presets when the cpu resets itself, but that should do the trick.
