Sure , Adjust these cans in this order... RX = L3 , L4 , L5 , L6 , L7 , L8 , L9 and L10. NB = L1 and L2. TX = L26 , L27 , L28 , L29 and L36 VR6 = AM Power VR7 = ALC 307 |

The clarifier slides 6-7khz each way and it has a 10khz switch. What do you want to mod??? |

Good morning,I have a tristar 120.It would work when it was in a warm area but would not when it was cold.It has now quit TX in both climates.I have checked trans. Q12,Q11,Q10,I get a signal when I key up on Q3.I do not have a schamatic for this radio. Would appreciate your help. |

as of last email rx had fallen out on the tristar 120. so now no tx an no rx but pa works |

Ralph, don't know if this is your problem, but I owned a Tristar 120 at one time many years ago, and it was notorious for cold solder joints. Especially the big solder pads near the middle of the board. I would suggest heating up the old iron and touching a few points and then test the radio before you go to too much trouble changing parts. Hope any of this helps.
