I must ask why would you co-phase 99's and become directional instead of buying a beam? When antennas are co-phased not only do they become directional , you split the power...

i wound not waste my time stacking them side by side youd be better off buying a beam.

but if you want a vertical polarized omnidirectional antenna with 2x the power of a single antron99 or imax 2000 then yes stack them vertically.

you can stack omni verticals to increase gain by compresing the radiation paterns of the antennas.
this compression effect directs rf power towards the horizon and lowers take off angle.

the higher gain imax 2000 would be even better to stack vertically than the antron99. youll need to make a co phase harness and need to use 75 ohm coax for this in odd "1/4 wave electrical" you need to know the velocity factor of the coax your going to use to know how long to cut it.

do a web serch on this and im sure youll find what you need to get this done if not email me at blackhawk454@hotmail.com and ill square you away.
