I have this radio, and when i plug it to my power supply it pops the fuse. Whats goin on? |

More than likely it's been hooked up backwards! The polarity diode has been blown.. |

Sounds like it was hooked up backwards. There is a diode that can be replaced to fix it. It costs about a dollar. I'm sure someone will post how to do it and where the diode is for you. It's near where the power comes into the radio. |

i have a 25ltd, i was led to believe that bcuz its a '93 Phillipine chassis , its 1 of the better sounding radios is this true? Also did they stop making those Stinger modules? |
