307: My son has been telling me for quite awhile that when he pulls up in our yard with his radio turned off,I am transmitting through it as clear as if it was on.Yes , I am running a little help.Am I transmitting through the speaker or what?

That is correct , it is through the speaker , you are acually being picked up in the radio through the AM detector and there is enough RF Voltage to modulate the voice coil in the speaker.
