Hi 307,
I'm messenger347
I have both radios and your mod tape for the
original 4800. But when using this mod on the one with echo, moving the 6-pin jumper I just get bands a-f and when I move the 3-pin jumper
my radio freq. goes spastic. Is my radio fubar or
am I just missing another part of a NEW MOD.
PLEASE HELP |

on new ones with echo open radio on speaker side look at 12 band nob on inside wiring is 3 wire yell gree per it is stuck in j4 pull out.down and to the left you will see a 3 wire plug on the bord that maches. plug it in 3 on 3. set ather blocks as the older 4800dxl with out echo.hope this helps.did one in 2005.BY LUCK. |
