I HAVE A GRAY 150 THAT WILL NOT KEY UP ,WILL NOT CLICK ,ONLY THING IT WILL DO IS POWER UP HELP PLEASE

Near the relays you will see a small transistor. I don't recall the number on it but chances are, this is more than likely to be problem.
This is a simple and cheap fix. Just replace it.

When replacing it, take note of transistor direction and leg placement.

i replaced the 2 pn2907 the same way they can out but it still doesnt key . the pre amp relay will click when turn on

Do you know if your transmit relay is working or not when you key your radio into it?

Maybe Tech-307 will see this post also. He's pretty sharp with amplifiers. I'm sure he has a few ideas of his own.

WHEN I HOOK THE COAX TO THE AMP IT HAS VERY LITTLE SQUELCH AND WHEN I RUN COAX STRAIGHT TO RADIO IT HAS GOOD SQUELCH AND HAVE LOOKED TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS GOUNDING OUT

Isnt their only two of those transistors in the box - I would change the other one also heck their cheap.
