this unit has 2-2sc2879 an the output is when changing the power level is 130<250,90<200,60<175, 40<125.The pills checked good. What could be wrong?

Nothing , Thats what it should do. A TX-350 is good to a max of about 250 - 275 watts. Am I missing your problem?

there seems to be a difference in opinion here. i consistently get ~300-325w of -true- peak power from the 350/30hdv. this comes from 3 different ways of measuring power.

can you tell us a little more about how you are measuring this power, and then we can help you more.

what type of peak meter and are you using a dummyload and what supply voltage? also what size wire and how long are you using?
