The website says it can handle up to 20 watts input.... I find it hard to believe you can put more than one or two watts input into an amp. If it can hold up with a higher input that is G R E A T !!! Has anyone actually run one of these amps with a high input. thanks oliver |

Using a Galaxy 88...dead key 3/4 watt swinging to 28. I get 165 w dead key swinging to 660 on high setting using a pdc7000 meter. Why would you want to run more into it ? |

late getting back but thanks for the post Most I have run into it so far is 1 1/2 watts using my magnum 257 Will just keep it down. I didn't think you could really run those numbers but they are on the web.......kinda strange have Joker 6 pill on the way, can use the klv 500 as a driver.......Or probably my palomar 450. Joker is supposed to put out 1500..... and that's more than I need. Hard not to get the 8 pill but then it just puts out tooooooooo much. Life is good Oliver aka papa smerf |

If you have an amp, say, with a 3-position power switch you can leave it on low and using your watt meter adjust the input acordingly.Low and med. are connected to resistors that blead off some input to ground. |
