i have a 148 gtl made in malaysia
the radio has no TX/RX. everything lights up and works properly (green RX & red TX)there is audio thru the PA.it is the same on usb/lsb. i seem to have narrowed it down to IC2. i have checked for broken traces and resoldered the pins. the only way i can get a slight bit of RX and TX is to touch the pins with my finger. the only #s i can find on the ic is IC070
do you know a replacement part #

you might want to check the antenna so239 connector center wire that connects to the pcb. it could be a bad connection
