307: You are in the header because you come highly recommended. I will take comments from ANYONE... I have a President HR2510 I picked up used from a neighbor. He indicated that he only used it on AM and that LSB and USB were not used and not working. It transmits only on AM/FM/CW. It will not transmit on LSB and USB. It receives on all modes just fine. It has been peaked and tuned when the original purchaser bought it. Is it something I can fix (recognizing I wear bifocals) or should it go to a local tech? |

Bruce: Thanks for the two board pics. But I am not that knowledgeable on circuits to jump in and trace the trouble down. I was hoping it was something simple and I would not have to take it in to the local shop. : PS: The other pic of your radio station is too tidy.... Mines a disaster. |

Usually , when SSB goes out , it is one of the local oscillators OR the regulator that drives the oscillator(s). That is no going to be a "quick fix" 307 |

ca i cleaned it up for the photo he he he as for lincoln i realy dont know off hand email me and lets walk through the radio an see if we can figue it out |
